I’m offering a unique Epiphone Les Paul 1956 Goldtop made exclusively for the Japanese store Ikebe to celebrate its 40th anniversary. This is a limited edition, released only for the Japanese market – a model rarely seen outside Japan and highly regarded by both collectors and fans of classic ’50s tone.
The instrument stands out with a full, chunky neck profile inspired by 1956.
The neck is noticeably thicker than on standard Epiphones or most modern reissues — close to a classic “50s rounded,” which results in excellent resonance and playing stability.
